You accept this version when you buy.

What you are buying
The SCP theme and SCP Starter are GPL licensed. What you buy is a licence key and the 12 months of updates and support tied to it; the content packages of all twenty-six demos are inside the theme zip.
Licence key
- The key never expires. What runs out is updates and support.
- When the period ends your installed site keeps working; new version downloads stop.
- The key runs on one site. Local and development addresses (
staging.*, dev.*, *.local, *.test, localhost) do not count. - When moving a site, remove the old one under My sites in your panel.
- Sharing the key is your responsibility.
No refunds
SCP is a digital product and there are no refunds. You accept this with a checkbox before you pay; the time and the terms version are recorded on your order. You can browse every demo live before you buy.
Payment and invoice
Prices are in USD. Our payment provider takes the payment as merchant of record and handles tax and the invoice. The receipt in your panel is a printable payment record, not an invoice.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account and password safe. If you suspect unauthorised access, reset your password and write to us.
Service continuity
Your installed site keeps working even if the licence server is unreachable. The server is called only at activation and update checks; there is no periodic validation.
Changes
The terms may be updated with a new version. We email you about significant changes; your existing order stays bound to the version you accepted.
